The Board of Directors and Consultants consist, at present, of the following:

Ms Abiola Sowole

Arrowville’s executive chairman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French from the University of Sussex, England, and a Master of Arts and Master of Philosophy (Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies) degrees from the University of Paris, France. She has also undergone a course in Petroleum Engineering (Process Engineering & Surface Facilities, & Health, Safety and Environment) at Imperial College, London. She was a lecturer at the University of Ife, now Obafemi Awolowo University, and the director of a training institute, which worked closely with international experts recommended by Templeton College, Oxford, and major companies in Nigeria, including those in the energy sector. She designed and promoted Arrowville Energy Limited, formalizing agreements with foreign manufacturers of PPE wishing to penetrate Nigerian markets and overseas consultancies.

Dr. Frank O. Onyejekwe

Dr. Onyejekwe holds a doctorate in Chemical Engineering from the University de Mons, Belgium, and a diploma in Corrosion Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.). His areas of specialization include Business Development and Management (Technology and Systems) and Project Development and Management. He has worked as a technical sales engineer for Mobil Oil (Nigeria) Limited, project engineer for the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and project manager and senior resident engineer, Houston, Texas, for the National Fertiliser Company of Nigeria (NAFCON). He has been president twice of Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers. He is entered in the register of COREN (Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria) as a fully registered engineer in the field of Chemical Engineering practice.

Olukayode Oladipo Amund

Professor Amund holds a B.Sc (First Class honours) in Biology from the University of Lagos and a Ph.D in Biotechnology from Cranfield University, United Kingdom. He was Dean of Science, University of Lagos and Foundation Vice-Chancellor of Wesley University of Science and Technology, Ondo. A distinguished petroleum microbiologist, environmental consultant and member, Nigerian Environmental Society, he has published extensively on Environmental Microbiology. He is presently Dean of Student Affairs, University of Lagos.

Mr Chidi Ilogu

Mr Luke Chidi Ilogu, Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), graduated with a LL.B (Hons.) from the University of Ife and holds a Masters degree (LL.M) in Maritime Law from Cardiff Law School, University of Wales. He is the principal counsel of Foundation Chambers, a maritime law firm based in Lagos, Nigeria. He has over 37 years’ experience in legal practice. He is a consultant to the International Maritime Organisation (IMO), the National Assembly, the Federal Ministry of Transport and major maritime parastatals on maritime policies and legislation. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (U.K.), the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN), the Nigerian Bar Association and the International Bar Association. He is second vice president of the Nigerian Maritime Law Association and serves on the Advisory Board of the Maritime Arbitrators Association of Nigeria. He is the author of Essays on Maritime Law and Practice and several articles published in local and international journals on Shipping and Maritime Law.
